How we use this information: We use this information in order to administer your membership, correspond with you, to keep you up to date with Popchoir, our services, member opportunities, event details, and other information to enhance your membership experience, and to keep you informed.  If you do not sign up with us as a member, or cease to be a member, we may use your information to remind you our services, concerts and to keep you informed about Popchoir.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you have received, or by contacting us at [email protected] and requesting that we remove you from our lists.

Information that we collect: When you visit our site we may automatically collect technical information including the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, operating system and platform.

We do not hold or keep any financial information about Popchoir members either on our site or on our computers.  Financial transactions  for membership, event or merchandise payments are made via our third party provider, WorldPay. At checkout you will leave our website and your transaction will take place on the WorldPay site.

Registered members, active or inactive, can change the information held about them in their account profile at any time by logging in to the website and viewing their profile.  Popchoir will remove or amend any outdated or inaccurate personal data on request.  Popchoir may also, by our own volition remove any data on our site known to be inaccurate or out of date.
